This was a landmark year for Samaritan's Healing Hands in numerous ways. With your generous help, we were able to keep serving underprivileged cancer patients in Eastern Africa. Dr. Saha left the United States permanently in November 2021 after 41 years and plans to spend his remaining life split between India and Ethiopia. He has put up his house in Flint, Michigan for sale. He will care for disadvantaged cancer patients, and train surgical residents to become cancer surgeons for future generations.

After spending 30 years as a cancer surgeon, and after 17,000 cancer operations, Dr. Saha wants to pursue such a path working with poor patients in Africa and India to fulfill his mission of the “Gospel in Action.”
